The Pro Knit Mini Band assists in improving mobility, and strength for upper and lower body resistance training during workouts or warmups. The comfortable fabric will stay in place during training and won’t pinch or pull skin. The thinner bands are typically to be worn around the ankles for longer stride movements that activate glutes and hamstrings to prepare for squats, lunges, or running. In addition, they can also be placed around the wrists for shoulder activation to warm up for movements like pull ups, push-ups, and overhead weights. Designed to be a versatile training tool for a variety of movements, the bands will create the ideal amount of difficulty for effective training.
