Are we still shipping out orders and what is the processing time?

Yes, we are currently still shipping orders. Right now, it is taking up to 5business days for us to process regular orders before it leaves the warehouse depending on the volume. Currently we are unable to expedite any orders.

When will I receive tracking notification for my online order?

You will receive a tracking email once the shipping label has been created and the order is ready to leave the warehouse. We are unable to provide an ETA until tracking is available. We cannot control any delays you may experience waiting for your shipment once it leaves the warehouse. Please allow 72 hours before requesting an update.

How do I handle a damaged product?

If you have purchased the product from us directly, please provide your order #and a photo of the damaged product. If you have purchased it from Amazon or a retailer in the last 30-90 days, please return to the retailer for an exchange or refund. Our replacement warranty is up to 1 year with proof of purchase and photos of the damage product. Replacements can take up to 4-6 weeks.
