The SKLZ Gold Drive helps athletes improve their club head speed and technique to create a more consistent swing. This dynamic training tool includes two weights that can be configured into three different club weights to work on overall swing. Alternate between overload, underload, and counterweight training. Use only the shaft with no weight for a 20% lighter club to use as warm up or to train muscle memory. Attach the yellow counterweight to help practice lowering your hands through impact for a significantly faster release speed. Train with both the black head and the yellow counterweights to help increase overall swing speed with a 20% heavier club. Increase your overall speed and power of your swing with three ways to train in this one design. Weights will easily twist into place and are designed to fall off if not attached properly.
